For over 40 years, the food processing INDUSTRIA ALIMENTARE PICO has been considering quality and authenticity as their fundamental critieria for the own production, following the ancient traditions that have been passed on within the art of bread-making.
The story of this small enterprise begins in the middle of the Sixties in a little village called Mirandola (province of Modena, Italy) in a simple bread oven as a family business, and it goes on during the Seventies, now growing with a bigger laboratory for the different fabrication of new
products, accepting a new challenge still lasting today.
